In our profession, we often face several constraints, such as time, space, the age of a house and more. For this particular project, our customers wanted to create a more stylish and functional bathroom, but with a space constraint. With our design team, we took the time to conceptualize a project that would exceed all their expectations.
A bathroom renovation necessarily requires a demolition of the original bathroom to make way for the new decor. So, we removed and disposed of the shower, vanity, cabinets, and floor. We also carried out plumbing work to accommodate the new installations. We have also added a newer and more efficient ventilation system than the original one.
Our customers have chosen a grey ceramic tile floor covering as the base for their new bathroom. Our designer recommended the addition of a custom-made double bathroom vanity with white melamine cabinets and drawers and natural stone covering. The vanity also contains a sink and a stainless steel bathroom faucet. A large mirror was fixed over the vanity. We have also added storage space in the form of bathroom linens with custom melamine cabinet doors.
We changed old shower for a shower with a classic shower tray, with two ceramic covers: mosaic ceramic for the floor and shower bench, and ceramic tiles for the rest of the shower. The shower also includes a telephone shower, a rain shower head and glass doors. We opted for simple lighting, with two classic fixtures above the vanity and recessed fixtures for the rest of the bathroom.
