Never one to shy away from a challenge, Construction Précellence was given the mandate to renovate three bathrooms in the same Ville Saint-Laurent home. Immediately, we called on a team of interior designers to assist us with the project.
First, we enlisted the expertise of a plumber and his team to ensure that every element requiring water could be installed where the owners wanted it. We also enlisted the help of an electrician to ensure that every light fixture could be installed without a hitch.
Smaller than the other two, the first bathroom is a combo sink, shower and toilet. The customer opted for a classic style with simple, clean lines. The Italian shower has a gray ceramic floor and white ceramic walls. Gold-finish fixtures include a shower phone and three faucets. For extra storage, we added a melamine vanity with drawers, ceramic countertop, classic sink and gold-finish faucet. We also added a gray ceramic wall and a white ceramic floor.
For the second, larger bathroom, the owners also wanted a more classic look. As a base, we added a white ceramic floor and two walls are covered in white ceramic. All accessories and storage units have a reclaimed wood finish, to accentuate the classic style. The vanity includes two classic sinks and a faucet in matte black finish. The Italian shower features two glass doors and two rainfall showerheads, also in matte black. The centerpiece remains the freestanding bath with matte-black fittings.
Finally, the 3rd and last bathroom reflects a relaxing spa atmosphere. The walls are entirely in white ceramic, and the floor in large slate-colored ceramic tiles. Here again, the customer opted for a classic look, with a Scandinavian touch. The vanity features wood-finish melamine drawers with a ceramic countertop, two classic sinks and black-finish faucets. Lighting is discreet, as the room benefits from natural exterior light.
