Project description

For this major bathroom renovation project, these owners of a multi-storey house in the Saint-Laurent district called on our services. Once the tender was submitted, the first step was to remove all cabinets, vanities, toilets, baths and showers from the old bathrooms. We then removed the floor coverings for each bathroom, and redid some of the plumbing and electricity.

For the smallest room, the powder room (combined toilet and sink), the customer chose a wood-finish melamine vanity with a water-saving toilet. We then installed light fixtures above the vanity sink with matte-black-finish faucets and ceramic backsplash.

For the first, slightly larger bathroom, the customers wanted an Italian shower with black ceramic walls and floor, and a telephone shower. We added a melamine vanity, with basin sink and stainless steel-finish faucets. The whole is topped by pendant lighting fixtures.

In the second bathroom, the customers opted for a very classic look with a black ceramic floor and an Italian shower with ceramic floor and walls. The shower features a rainfall showerhead and a stainless steel-finish showerhead/telephone. The two storage units, a vanity and a closet, are in wood-finish melamine. The classic sink is topped by a stainless steel-finish faucet and white ceramic backsplash. The centerpiece remains the sunken bathtub with black ceramic and stainless steel-finish fittings on the side.

The final bathroom is in all white. Located on the third floor, the bathroom is bright with its window and ceiling lights. The floor is made of ceramic tiles in shades of gray. The vanity includes a double sink with stainless steel faucets. The pièce de résistance is a magnificent freestanding bathtub with matching faucets.
