Construction Précellence was given the mandate to completely renovate a bathroom in a single-family home in Saint-Laurent. Working with our interior designer, the owners expressed their needs and chose a modern-style bathroom with a touch of minimalism.

To achieve the desired result, the owners opted for classic shades (white, black and gray) to achieve a streamlined look. After removing the elements of the old bathroom, our team carried out the plumbing work to fix the bathtub, shower, toilet and sink in the desired locations.

For the floor, the owner opted for white marble tiles with gray grooves. We then added an Italian-style shower with rainfall showerhead and shower-telephone. For added storage, we installed a modern-style black laminate vanity with ceramic countertop, two classic sinks and stainless steel-finish faucets. The centerpiece remains the superb freestanding bathtub, with stainless steel-finish freestanding faucet.
