Before proceeding with the kitchen remodeling, we had to dispose of all the cabinets, countertops and fixtures, to make way for the new!
For the floor, our client chose natural stone tiles for an elegant, rich look. Despite the narrowness of the room, we were able to add plenty of storage in the form of wood cabinets with wood finish near the ceiling. All countertop surfaces, including the central island, are white quartz, renowned for its glossy finish and durability. The counter features an undermount sink with stainless steel-finish faucets.
The countertop is topped by a ceramic backsplash. To maximize space, the customer chose a ceramic glass cooktop and a hood concealed by a wall panel. All appliances (refrigerator, oven and pantry) are finished in stainless steel for a modern touch. The central island in wood and quartz surface includes several wooden cabinets, two seating areas and a bar sink with stainless steel faucets.
The final touch is modern-style pendant lighting and dimmer-controlled ceiling lights.
