In a home, it’s often the details that make all the difference. For these Ville Saint-Laurent homeowners, it was to add a walk-in closet to their bedroom that would provide more storage space, and complement their current décor. We called on our design team to realize their vision.
The first step was to assess the space available in the master bedroom to install the walk-in closet. The entrance to the bedroom offered the ideal surface area for this project. To match the classic style of the residence, the customers opted for two “barn door” style sliding doors on tracks. Then, with the customer, we worked out the type of storage that would be installed in the walk-in. Wooden shelves and drawers were added, as were closets for clothes and accessories. The walk-in closet ends in an arched entrance that leads directly into the master bedroom.
