Construction Précellence was mandated to renovate a small bathroom in a Rosemont residence. With our interior designer, the owners discussed their needs and chose a classic bathroom with a few modern touches.

For this bathroom, the owners opted for simple lines with classic shades, with a red ceramic insert for more “punch” in the design. We had to consider the small size of the bathroom to add amenities that would meet the needs of homeowners.

First, we chose with the owners a wood finish floor covering to match the bathroom cabinet and vanity. Subsequently, we added a classic shower enclosure with a telephone shower, and a rain jet shower head. The classic small size bathtub completes the package with plumbing in a chrome finish. Finally, to avoid clutter in the bathroom, we added bathroom cabinets and a custom-made vanity with two large drawers for more storage.
