Project description

You can easily change the interior design of your home yourself, but for an outside change, it is better to call in professionals! For safety and aesthetic reasons, these owners of a bungalow in Ahuntsic wanted to transform their entrance balcony (which dated back to the 1980s) into something more modern, practical and stylish. 

First, our team of certified construction workers demolished the worn and cracked concrete balcony, as well as the rusty wrought iron railings. We disposed of the materials in a responsible and environmentally friendly manner. Then, we poured a new concrete base and added a concrete slab on top to create the new balcony. The new concrete staircase was built separately and then added to the balcony. Finally, we replaced the wrought iron railings with stainless steel railings, which are more durable and easier to maintain.
