If you are among the lucky ones who own a swimming pool, what better way to enjoy it than on a beautiful outdoor terrace? Our Ahuntsic customers already had a swimming pool, but wanted to add an adjacent terrace to it so they could fully enjoy it during the summer. Our team set to work to design a 3D plan, a model and a construction plan for an exterior composite wooden terrace with anchoring to the house.

First, our construction technicians built a foundation of pillars without footings, installed the edge joists on the house, the columns and beams, the edge joists and intermediate joists, the composite wood floor (very resistant and durable) and the glass railings; all with a view of the pool. The roof of the terrace is covered with asphalt shingles. This new construction allows our customers to enjoy summer, but also to keep an eye on the bathers. The outdoor terrace can accommodate 6 to 8 people seated.
