Sometimes, a small change on your home is all it takes to make a big difference. For practical and aesthetic reasons, these owners of a multi-storey house in Ahuntsic wanted to make minor changes to the facade of their house. Our team got to work and designed a simple and effective plan for this project: demolition of the front balcony, replacement of the front door, construction of a new balcony with a new roof above it.  

First, our team of certified construction workers demolished the entrance balcony. We disposed of the remaining materials in a responsible and environmentally friendly manner. For the construction of the balcony, we dug a foundation of pillars without footings, installed the perimeter joist on the house, the columns and beams, the edge and intermediate joists, the treated wood base, the composite panel floor, the treated wood lattice and the steel railings. Steel beams support the small roof with vinyl siding and shingle roof.
